現代生物学の発展を支えてきた「モデル生物」について、生態学的視点から理解を深めることを目的とした実習です。野外において、酵母、変形菌、線虫、ハダニなどのモデル生物の野生近縁種を採集・観察し、他種との相互作用にも着目することで、モデル生物の背景にある生物多様性と進化の文脈を読み解きます。 |
